Minimum Order Requirements

• $300 wholesale minimum for opening orders.
• $150 wholesale minimum for reorders.

Shipping

• All shipping costs are paid by the Wholesale Partner.
• Joyya will determine the best shipping carrier for each order.
• Shipping is available to US addresses only.
• One order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

Lead Time

• Orders ship within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Pricing

• Wholesale partners receive a 50% discount on non-sale items.
• Joyya promotions and discounts do not apply to wholesale orders.

Payment Terms

• Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), and electronic check (upon request and approval).

Returns

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless items are defective or damaged.

Sales Policy

• Products may not be sold below MSRP or at a lower price than listed on the Joyya website.
• Products cannot be resold to other wholesalers or sold in discount outlets.

Defective or Damaged Products

• Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the order.
• Items must be postmarked for return within 10 days of delivery.

Private Labeling

• Joyya branding and tags cannot be removed or replaced.
• Products must not be sold under any other name.

Digital Marketing

• Wholesale Partners are encouraged to promote Joyya products online and on social media.
• Please tag Joyya in promotional posts and use provided marketing materials, which may not be edited.
