Refund policy

Stock Order (non-customized)

If you are customer in US, New Zealand or India and you need to return a stock order to our warehouse, we can return the order and issue a refund.  If the order contains more than 25 items, a restocking fee of $.10 per item will be applied. Currently we do not process returns in other regions. Contact us at hi@joyya.com if you need further assistance.

Customized Orders 

Due to the custom nature of these products, We are not able to refund customized products.

We take quality control seriously and we hope that you are always 100% delighted with your order.  We would ask that you complete an inspection of your order within 7 days of receipt and if there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us at hi@joyya.com with details and photographs of the issue.  Joyya customer care will work with you to find a resolution to the issue.
