Joyya works with multiple shipping agents to get your products delivered to you in the most economical way given your timing requirements for delivery.  For shipments embarking from India, we use FedEx, DHL or UPS.  For shipments from the US warehouse we use...

Delivery Times

If your order is shipping from the:

  • US warehouse, delivery time is between 2-7 business days.  
  • India warehouse delivery times are between 4-10 business days. 

If you need it in a hurry, you will have the option of selecting expedited service during the checkout process on our website.  ​

Occasionally, for orders shipping from India into the US, US Customs will conduct a deeper inspection of an order which can delay delivery of a shipment.  This is not a common occurrence and our customer care team will be in contact with US Customs, the shipping agent if this were to occur.  Rest assured that Joyya will keep you up to date with any delays and ongoing resolution.

Returns

Stock Order (non-customized)

If you need to return a stock order to our US warehouse, we can return the order and issue a refund.  If the order contains more than 25 items, a restocking fee of $.10 per item will be applied.

Customized Orders 

Due to the custom nature of these products, We are not able to refund customized products.

We take quality control seriously and we hope that you are always 100% delighted with your order.  We would ask that you complete an inspection of your order within 7 days of receipt and if there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us at hi@joyya.com with details and photographs of the issue.  Joyya customer care will work with you to find a resolution to the issue.
